What are your standard uniform quote conditions?

Below are our standard quote conditions. These conditions are subject to change. Depending on individual customer uniform requirements and volumes conditons will vary.

Delivery Expectations

1. Our standard delivery lead-time for branded garments is 21 days. Un-branded garments (inc. samples) are dispatched within 7 days.

2. Smarter Clothing warehouses Express Stock on behalf of customers. Express Stock is dispatched within 2 days of orders being sent to Production. Conditions apply.

3.  If you require orders delivered faster than these delivery lead-times please contact us. We will do our best to meet any possible delivery expectations.

4. A Delivery Fee of $25 applies to deliveries anywhere in Australia. Back Orders and Returns & Exchanges do not incur a Delivery Fee.

General Conditions

5. Branding Setup Prices (once only) - $180 per logo for embroidery. $90 per colour per size (position) for screenprinting.

6. Branding Prices - $5 per logo embroidery per position. $7.50 per text embroidery per position (no setup charge). $3 per colour per position for screenprinting.

7. A Small Order Handling Fee of $25 will apply if orders to a delivery address are less than $250 in total value.

8. A Return & Exchange Fee of $35 per employee will apply. Multiple garments may be returned per employee. Conditions apply.

9. Payments made via Visa or Mastercard will incur a transaction fee of 2.5% (+GST). American Express attracts a 3.25% (+GST) transaction fee.

10. All prices quoted are ex GST. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Made to Order (M2O) Style Conditions

12. M2O styles are subject to minimum order quantities per style.

13. M2O style delivery lead time are 2-4 weeks (Australia), 8-10 weeks (Fiji) and 10-12 weeks (China) from approval of pre-production sample and order placement.
