How do I set Employee Entitlements?

To set Employee Entitlemtents, select the Entitlements tab on the Edit Uniform page. You can then set entitlements by:

  • Order limit per Entitlement Group for Each Role
  • Points budget per employee per annum
  • Points budget for Each Role
You cannot set entitlements if you have not allocated garments to Employee Roles.

Order Limit per Entitlement Group for Each Role

This is the default entitlement option when creating your uniform. Most companies prefer this option when managing their uniform program.

The default Entitlement Quantity per Annum is 1 (circled below) for each Entitlement Group.

To change the entitlement quantity, simply change the quantity in the drop down menu. In the example below, the Entitlement Quantity per Annum for Lower Garments has been set to 5. This means that when Drivers (Men) log on to order their uniform via AMS, they can order 5 pairs of trousers or shorts per year, selecting from the 4 styles displayed.
You will need to update the Entitlement Quantity per Annum for each Entitlement Group within each role.

Points Budget for Each Employee Role

Caution: when you change between Entitlement Modes, all data relating to entitlements will be lost. You will not lose the garments you have added to your uniform or any Employee Roles attached to these garments.

Select the Each employee role will have a different Points Budget radio button, as shown below.

The default entitlement for each Employee Role (circled below) and each garment (shown below the garment) is 1.

To update the value of each garment and the number of points to which each employee is entitled to per annum, simply enter the new values. The example below shows that Drivers (Men) are entitled to 100 points worth of garments per year and that shorts are worth 20 points and trousers are worth 30 points.

Note: you do not have to set entitlements when creating your uniform.
