What are Entitlement Groups?

Entitlement Groups are used to group garments together for the purposes of managing entitlements.

For example, you may have added 2 styles of soirts and 2 styles of trousers to your uniform for the Employee Role 'Drivers (Men)'. By default these will be grouped in the Entitlement Group 'Lower Garments'.

In the example below, when a Driver orders his uniform, he is entitled to 5 Lower Garments per annum selected from the 4 styles displayed. He may choose all of one style or a combination of the 4 styles.



In some cases, the Entitlement Group will be the same as the Garment Style, as per 'Shirts' in the example above.

Note: Wne using Points based entitlements, you garments will not be sorted into Entitlement Groups.
