Steel Blue has experienced strong growth since operations began in 1995. The company's goal to design, manufacture and market the most comfortable safety footwear in the world is an ongoing project that has resulted in innovative design and sourcing of quality materials.

Trisole Comfort Technology
TRISOLE™ COMFORT TECHNOLOGY (TCT) SOLING
All Steel Blue footwear is made with a unique patented multi density shock absorbing sole called “Trisole™ Comfort Technology” (TCT™). Strategically placed pads of micro-cellular urethane called PORON® is imbedded in the sole under the peak stress areas of the foot to cushion the feet, knees, hips and lower back from normal day to day fatigue.

DELUXE POLYURETHANE (PU) FOOTBED
The finishing touch to a pair of Steel Blues is a special full-length, deluxe polyurethane rebound footbed, which cradles and supports the whole of the foot from heel to toe. These specifically designed Rebound footbeds will not flatten out with wear like cheaper foam components.
