Clothing and Uniforms since 1965

Jim Barden founded Barden Clothing in 1965.

Barden started as a manufacturing operation but with the significant changes in the TCF industry they now import most of their garments. Fortunately they still have strong connections to a number of local manufacturers and continue to offer Australian made garments if required.

Their products basically fall into 3 main brands - Barden Workwear, the Euroa Clothing Company and "Edge" hot metal clothing. Most of the products are available on a stock service basis, although we work closely with a number of customers to develop and supply on a made-to-order basis.

They place a strong emphasis on high quality and reliable service and work with many customers around Australia and recognise that theymust provide superior customer service to remain a preferred supplier. All garments are unconditionally guaranteed against faulty workmanship and we value customer feedback.

The Barden Workwear Range includes:

Bluey Jackets

The traditional bluey jacket has been around a long time. Concentrating on providing the basic bluey garment at the best possible price. They use quality fabric, rib and zips to ensure the highest quality and longest life for these hard wearing garments. Recently - with a greater focus on safety - we have introduced hi-vis bluey fabrics as well as safety blueys with reflective tape.

Woollen Workshirts

These hardwearing shirts are made from 300gsm 85/15% wool/poly blend. Hi-vis orange with tape is also available.

Hi-Vis Polos

Barden offer micromesh and poly cotton tops in basic long sleeve and short sleeve with some styles having reflective tape.

Windcheaters

Barden use a heavyweight poly-cotton fleecy fabric in our windcheater range. Their styling is basic and the fit is generous. Offering plain colours and hi-vis options (some with reflective tape).

Polar Fleece

Barden use anti-pill fleece in two basic hi-vis styles.

Rainwear

Barden have a selection of rainwear for different applications. Garments are available in unlined for warm weather applications and lined for extra warmth in cooloer climates. The standard raincoat is unlined with generous pockets including a separate mobile phone pocket. They also have fleece lined vests in hi-vis colours.
