1. Policy Objective And Expected Outcomes
This policy is to provide clarity and understanding for WGCMA staff in regards to the issuing and wearing of a Uniform.
2. Policy Statement
This policy applies to the registered uniform range for the Corporate Uniform for Office staff and approved protective clothing (logo attached) for field staff. The Uniform establishes the presence of our organisation and it projects a strong image and creates a favourable impression among our various audiences. This is important for staff, clients and stakeholders. The wearing of protective clothing is
compulsory for all staff on site and the wearing of the Corporate Uniform is voluntary, although strongly encouraged.

4. Delegations
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Office Staff Uniform Policy. The Occupational Health and Safety Committee is responsible for the review of the protective clothing.
