Simple Online Authorisation Hierarchy!

AMS settings allow you to send employee uniform orders for online authorisation prior to being processed.

When building your uniform program in AMS, you are able to choose:
  • Which Order Modes require authorisation
  • How often orders are sent for online authorisation - daily or weekly
  • Who authorises orders. You set authorisers by employee group - cost centres, branches, regions etc.

  • Edit uniform orders online
  • Place an individual employees uniform order on hold
  • Apply purchase order numbers
